As a significant BRI infrastructural link, China-Europe freight trains, connecting 62 Chinese cities with 51 European cities in 15 countries, had made 14,691 trips since 2011.
The total trade volume between China and other BRI countries from 2013 to 2018 has surpassed $6 trillion, accounting for 27.4% of China's overall trade. China will continue to further open up to the world.
With Jamaica getting on board earlier this month, China has signed BRI cooperation documents with 126 countries and 29 international organizations, and we still welcome more.
The Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation will be held from May 14 to 15 in Beijing. About 29 heads of state and government will participate, as well as over 70 leaders of international organizations, 100 ministerial-level officials from around the world and 1,200 other delegates from various countries and regions.

The action plan for the Belt and Road initiatives, released on March 28 during the 2015 Boao Forum for Asia, is expected to change the world's political and economic landscape through the development of countries along their routes, most of which are eager for new growth.
