Sales of Toyota main models decline

The sales volume of FAW Toyota fell in the first half of this year, only reaching 45 percent of the annual target. It is difficult to meet the annual targets by relying on sales in the second half of the year.

The cumulative sales volume of the Toyota Auris is just 76,351 units from January to June in this year, while in the same period of last year, the number sold was 87,843, a 13 percent drop.

The Toyota Crown's cumulative sales was only 17,690, down 22 percent year-on-year from January to June of this year.
