VW to boost production capacity to 3 mln units in China

Volkswagen AG (VW) announced last week the company plans to lift its production capacity to 3 million units in the next two to three years in China, according to Christian Klingler, director of the board in VW.

In coordination with the plan, the company will also expand its sales network in China and develop 1,000 more auto dealers.

"VW is making great efforts to prepare the VW Auto College, which will provide professional marketing training, including new cars and second hand cars’ selling, after-sales service and auto parts sales," said Klingler.
