Chery's Rely division put off

Chery Automobile Co., Ltd said Monday that the company's Rely division, established six months ago, has officially been dismounted due profit pressure.

Ma Deji, deputy president of Chery said the move is just adjustment within the company, and its multi brand strategy will remain unaltered.

According to the company, the Rely division cannot run the division alone as the cost is huge. In November, 2010 Ma took the place of Yang Bo as sales manager in the division.
