Guangqi Honda's sales volume hits 36,893 in Jan.

Guangqi Honda Automobile Co Ltd sold 36,893 vehicles in January, the highest ever in the company's history, auto.sina reported Monday.

2011 Accord, one of the company's best-selling vehicles sold 20,839 units, up 18.46 percent year-on-year, continuing to hold the first place among high-end vehicles. City also accomplished a good result in the first month of 2011 with a sales volume of 13,461 units.

As one of Guangqiu Honda's best design, 2011 Accord is well received by both customers and the media.

Crosstour, the company's first luxury vehicle was granted the best exterior award in the 2010 CCTV Best Car of the Year Selection.

Yao Yiming, deputy manager of Guangqi Honda said Crosstour is responsive, spacious and fashionable.

The company is also preparing to launch its first self-developed vehicle, the Everus S1, which is expected to occupy the domestic market by its first-class quality and professional service.
