Shanghai GM Motors Company Ltd. sold 1.038,988 units last year, up 42.8 percent from 2009. A total of 550,014 units of Buicks were sold, up 23 percent; 471,575 units of the Chevrolet model were sold, up 73 percent, and 17,366 units of Cadillac models, up 139 percent.
