Sales volume in 2010: about 610,000 units
Sales target in 2011: 900, 000 units
Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. sold 610,000 units in 2010, failing to realize its target of 700,000 units. According to statistics provided by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, Chery sold 530, 000 units of passenger vehicles from January to November last year. Chery said it is confident about achieving this year's sales volume target of 900, 000 units, up 30 percent from 2010.
