BAIC passenger car annual sales to be 900,000 in 2015

Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd  (BAIC ) has set a new annual sales target for passenger cars in 2015, of 900,000 units from the previously 700,000.

BAIC has built three platforms on the base of Saab platform. The first prototype of independent brand car model, the C70G, has been developed successfully with the help of Saab technology. And new energy cars produced on such platform came off line last year. The company plans to develop three to four mid- and high-end products in the next three years.
