BAIC launches new minivan

Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Corp (BAIC) launched a new minivan, Wei Wang on Tuesday, and the first model BC306Z under the brand will be launched next month.

BC306Z made its debut at a press conference. The car came off production line on October 28 last year. It measures 4030mm×1636mm×1907mm, which is quite spacious among similar cars. Aiming at mid- and high-end markets, the car boasts for safety.

The sales target of the new model this year is 30,000 units, according to BAIC.
