Li Shufu, Geely CEO: "We can absolutely do a better job than Bentley on safety."

Chery CEO Yin Tongyue: "We should have the confidence that domestic automakers can grow to become top manufacturers in the world producing top brand vehicles."

Qi Yumin, Brilliance CEO: "We are developing a C-class sedan and targeting the market of government-appointed vehicles. It may take two years to produce the model."

General Manager of Changan Zhang Baolin: "We plan to produce five new compact models and five new sedans from five production lines in three to five years. After that the production capacity will reach 2 million vehicles a year."

Wei Jianjun, president of the board of Great Wall Motor: "Same treatment should be given to private enterprises and the emerging state-owned manufacturers."

Wu Gang, general manager of Haima Sales Company: "Consumers in medium-sized cities have a large demand for the Haima Haifuxing. At the end of 2009, Haima will have 500 dealers in China. The growth of Haima sales in medium- and small-sized cities is important for the company."

Deputy General Manager of FAW Xiali Zhang Qun: "Xiali mainly made A0-Class vehicles and smaller cars in the past. In the future, we are in full swing preparing for the development of A-Class vehicles."
