FAW Xiali publishes three-year-plan

FAW Xiali Automobile published its development plan for the next three years. The company will increase its sales target to 300,000 units this year from last year's 250,000 units. The number will rise to 430,000 in 2012.

According to the three-year-plan, apart from new N3, new Weizhi, and Weizhi V7, Xiali will launch the V1 and V3 series. The new factory being constructed will go into production at the end of this year.

"By 2013, we will have launched 6 new models, accomplishing our sales target of 430,000 units. Xiali's investments on new product development and factory construction during the 2010–2015 period will exceed 4.5 billion yuan ($683.5 million)," a manager of the manufacturer revealed.
