The compact SUV Yeti is the next vehicle that Skoda will launch in China. The project of introducing Yeti to China and making it in Chinese plants has already started.

The Yeti will drive into Skoda showrooms in China in 2011.

The wheelbase of the Yeti is 2,578 mm, which is 200 mm shorter than VW's Tiguan, but it has plenty of interior space for the driver and passengers.

Customers can choose between the 1.2 TSI and 1.8 TSI engines. And the price of the Yeti is expected to be cheaper than the Tiguan in China.
