GM's new cars

After being under bankruptcy protection for more than a month, GM announced its new two-year product plans. The main four brands, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac, will lauuch new cars before the end of 2011, according to Frederick Henderson, president and CEO of the company.
GM will bring the Opel Insignia to the US, while the 2011 Buick Regal and will market a compact car based on GM's global compact front-drive Delta platform. Expected to be the company's top seller, the Regal is quite popular and will produce a small crossover estimated to come out in 2012.
The redesigned 2010 LaCrosse will be Buick's new flagship vehicle. GM is hoping the redesigned 2010 LaCrosse sedan will raise prices and sales volume.
