Asia's largest race car

The Royal Plaza On Scotts' executive chef led a team of six chefs, two artists, two technicians, two culinary staff and five young volunteers from the Metta Welfare Association to creat Asia's largest race car made of bread in support of the Community Chest Singapore. The team spent S$15,000 and it took them 549 hours to assemble the life-sized race car. They used a total of 15 kg of yeast, 14 liters of water, 2 kg of salt and 10,800 ml of food gloss. The completed car is made up of 1,000 loaves and 22 varieties of bread.
