A Florida company called Automotive Innovations created these Beetle-inspired beermobiles in the 1980s for the Stroh Brewery Company for promotional use, with one that led a daily parade at the 1982 World's Fair in Knoxville, Tenn.

The builder was granted an exemption from federal safety standards, and was limited to building only 300 of the fiberglass-body cars a year. Each one was given a new name, like Pop Top Can Car.
