2011 Buick Regal
The Buick Regal sedan is back for 2011 and sporting a pedigree engineered in Europe. When it goes on sale in the first quarter, the premium sports sedan will be available only with a 2.4-liter, 4-cylinder engine with 182 horsepower. A turbocharged 2-liter, 4-cylinder with 220 horsepower will be introduced in late next summer.
Ford Fiesta
The Ford Fiesta 4-door sedan and 5-door hatchback will have a 119-horsepower 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine with an estimated 40 m.p.g. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, and a 6-speed automatic transmission is available. Safety equipment includes dual-stage first-row air bags, a driver's knee air bag, side curtain air bags and electronic stability control.
