Jaguar tops among luxury brands on sales satisfaction index ranking

According to the JD Power and Associates, in its 2009 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study released December 8, Jaguar ranks No. 1 top in 2009 among luxury brands in satisfying customers' experience of buying a new car buyers with the new-vehicle sales process.
The 2009 SSI Study is based on responses from about 48,000 new-vehicle buyers who purchased or leased their new vehiclescars in May or June 2009. The study was fielded between August and October 2009.
Overall customer satisfaction wis as measured for according to five factors: dealership facility; salesperson; paperwork/finance process; delivery process; and vehicle price.
Jaguar performs performed particularly well in the salesperson and paperwork/finance process factorscategories. Behind Following Jaguar werein the luxury brand rankings are Cadillac in second, Lexus and Mercedes-Benz tied for third (in a tie) and followed by Land Rover, respectively.
