A: How about we go hiking this Saturday?

B: I can't go. I got sunburned while crossing the desert lately. I probably have to reduce my outside activities as much as possible for a while. 

我去不了。前一阵沙漠徒步晒伤了。现在要尽量减少长时间的户外活动。

B: Yup. But I didn't properly protect myself from the sun. It's already too late to regret it though. I'm already sunburned.

A: You should put on some aloe and drink more water. Sunburns are really annoying.

B: Yeah, I burn easily.
