买一送一

(mǎiyīsònɡyī) 

A: That shoe store is having a promotion. Let's go look.

那家鞋店在促销。咱们快去看看。

(nàjiā xiédiàn zài cùxiāo. zánmén kuàiqù kànkàn.) 

B: The sign says "buy one, get one free." That's a good deal.

看牌子上写的是买一送一,很划算啊。

(kàn páizǐshànɡ xiě de shì mǎiyīsònɡyī, hěn huásuàn a.)

A: Let's each choose a pair. The one I'm choosing costs 500 yuan. 

咱们每人选一双鞋吧。我选的这双鞋是500元。

(zánmén měirén xuǎn yīshuānɡ xié ba. wǒ xuǎn de zhèshuānɡ xié shì wǔbǎi yuán.)   

B: I choose this 1,000 yuan pair. If they can give this pair for free that would be great.

我选了这双1000元的。如果能送这双更贵的就太好了。

(wǒ xuǎn le zhèshuānɡ yīqiān yuán de. rúɡuǒ nénɡ sònɡ zhèshuānɡ ɡènɡɡuì de jiù tàihǎo le.)  

A: I just asked the shopkeeper. You have to pay the price of the more expensive pair. You should choose a cheaper pair.

我刚问了一下。你需要付两双里更贵的一双的价钱。你还是换双便宜点的吧。

(wǒ ɡānɡ wèn le yīxià. nǐ xūyào fù liǎnɡshuānɡ lǐ ɡènɡɡuì de yīshuānɡ de jiàqián. nǐ háishì huànshuānɡ pián yí diǎn de ba.)
