Dozens of cyclists in traditional clothing rode historical bikes and passed through the central Czech city of Kutna Hora on Saturday afternoon to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the first bike race on the Czech land.

The bicycle ride was organized by the Czech Velocipedists Club. It began at the Tyl Theater, preceded with biking performance with music. The line-up was performed by riders on high wheels.

Bicycle models included period types from the 19th century, the period of the First Republic and World War II.

The riders wore historical clothing including accessories and went on a commemorative cycle ride along the original route from Kutna Hora to Sedlec.
