A: So it seems that it's not only ordinary people who lose their hair, celebrities do too. 

原来不止普通人会脱发,明星也会。

B: People today are under a lot of stress, they have to work late and stay up all night, so their health is rather poor, which can be reflected in one's hair.

A: I feel that there is no reason to hide it. A lot of film stars are bald and it doesn't take away from their tough guy appearance.
