"Shear the wool off sheep" - slang term for when a consumer publicizes an online store's mistake in pricing, leading to major losses for the seller

A: Nowadays there are a group of people who especially like to "shear the wool off sheep," they seek out holes in ecommerce systems and then call on everyone to place a large amount of orders. This has lead to stores temporarily shutting down.

B: I heard of something similar. A man didn't want to pay for his food, so on several occasions he said that there was hair in his delivered food, and asked for a refund. He was sentenced in the end.
