Zhang Chunxian:
Zhang Chunxian, born in May 1953, is a male ethnic Han from Yuzhou, Henan Province. He entered the workforce in December 1970 and joined the CPC in November 1973. He graduated with a major in management science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology and earned his master's degree in management while in service. He is a senior engineer.
He is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the CPC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee and the first political commissar of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
