Shinzo Abe, leader of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), said here on Monday that relations with China is one of the most important foreign relations of Japan.
Abe made the remark at the first official press conference in LDP's headquarters after his party won by a landslide in Sunday's general election, adding tensions between China and Japan have scratched Japan's national interests.
Abe said he will intensify communication with China so as to improve the current relations with China.
