Petitioners from Henan Province who were illegally detained in Beijing said they are not satisfied with the sentences given to 10 men who held them in a black jail and called for others to be charged.
Petitioners believed that government officials from the local office of letters and calls, where grievances are filed, were behind their illegal detention and have not been charged.
Jia Qiuxia, Ding Xinfang and several other detained petitioners said they may push for an appeal of the case to a higher court, the China Youth Daily reported.
