Ma Huateng, co-founder and CEO of Chinese Internet company Tencent, responding to Web users' accusations that some of Tencent's products are imitations of those of other Internet companies, while attending the two sessions as a deputy of the National People's Congress on Sunday. Tencent is one of China's largest Internet companies offering different services, which include instant message tool QQ, social networking and e-commerce. It has been accused of copying successful Internet, software or mobile applications from other companies and developing local versions of them.
