Shenzhen-based Long Hang Technology Co told the Global Times Monday that its car GPS devices have been approved as safe by the authorities after the company made corrections to its products.
One of the company's models was listed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as below standard on April 3 after an inspection found the product to emit excessive levels of radiation during use.
A total of 12 companies were listed by the administration, and Shenzhen Long Hang is the first one to announce the corrections have been made.
