China says submitting human rights issues to the International Criminal Court, does not improve the situation in the country concerned.

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying was responding to a question about the UN Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the DPRK publicizing its report. The findings could bring DPRK officials to the International Criminal Court. Hua said China has always advocated resolving human rights differences through constructive dialogue and cooperation based on equality and mutual respect.
