Both UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the UN Security Council have issued statements to strongly condemn the deadly terrorist attack on civilians in a railway station in southwest China, which demonstrates the international community tolerates no terrorist violence, said a top Chinese diplomat Sunday.
