Chinese President Xi Jinping greeted foreign dignitaries attending the fourth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) at the Shanghai Expo Center on Wednesday and shook hands with them.

Xi will preside over the summit and deliver a key-note speech.
