A Greek government plane carrying Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos made a forced landing at an airport in northern Greece because of a cockpit windshield fragment, local media reports said.
No injuries were reported in the forced landing.
The aircraft was en route from Turkey to Italy and the landing was triggered by a fragment on a cockpit window, reports said.
Venizelos, who attended Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's swearing-in ceremony on Thursday, was to continue his trip to Milan to participate in an informal meeting with EU foreign ministers.
