Not only are South Korean TV dramas making a huge splash in China right now, the stars of these shows are also making waves with their immense popularity. From Lee Min-ho to Kim Soo-hyun, each time one of these stars visits China they inevitably attract an army of fans outside their hotels and at personal appearances.

Lee Jong-suk, well-known for his roles in Doctor Stranger and I Hear Your Voice, is currently on his first China tour.

At a South Korean star party hosted by Chinese streaming site tudou.com on Sunday, Lee, also known as Doctor Park Hoon in Doctor Stranger, was surrounded by a crush of enthusiastic fans as he shared his acting experiences.

Lee said that while his role as Doctor Park has been his most memorable, he is actually quite different from the character. He also revealed he will play a metropolitan news journalist in the new upcoming drama Pinocchio.
