Peruvian President Ollanta Humala Tasso arrived in Beijing early Monday morning to attend the 22nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting and pay a working visit to China at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
