The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania(MFA) Tuesday strongly condemned the attack in Pakistan's northwest, Peshawar, as a result of which over a hundred innocent persons were killed, and more than 80 people were injured.

"The Albanian MFA extends its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to all persons affected by this tragedy of active terrorism, expresses its sincere support to the Pakistani authorities in facing this new situation and hopes for the rapid healing of the wounded persons," the MFA was quoted as saying.

According to the Foreign Ministry, the criminal act must be fought strongly and without compromises.
