Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel will miss Sunday's season finale against Baltimore because of a hamstring injury.

The first-round NFL draft pick was injured in the final minutes of the first half on Sunday when he was hit by two Carolina players while diving for the sidelines.

The rookie quarterback was replaced by Brian Hoyer, whose status for this weekend's game is in question after he suffered a shoulder injury against the Panthers.

Manziel struggled after replacing Hoyer to make his first NFL start against Cincinnati last week and didn't fare much better in four drives against the Panthers on Sunday.

The injuries have left Browns coach Mike Pettine uncertain of who will start as quarterback against Baltimore's Ravens.
