We have been tackling the problem of frequent airline delays in China by enhancing airlines' operation abilities, improving airports' management capability, optimizing air traffic control procedures and coordinating for better support from other parties including the military. Hunan Province has an awkward geographic location [being in Central China], not to the east nor to the west, and faces heavy development pressure because we have no access to some regional development policies. The Nationality Law should be revised to introduce naturalization of outstanding soccer players of foreign nationality, in an effort to revitalize the sport in China. Chinese nationals should be allowed to acquire dual nationality, opening the door to foreign players who are unwilling to give up their citizenship.
