The death toll rose to 114, and 70 people remain missing, including 64 firefighters, after Wednesday night's warehouse explosions rocked north China's Tianjin city, officials said at a press conference on Monday.
54 victims have been identified.
The missing firefighters included 8 in active service, and 56 working for the Tianjin Port Group Co.
A total of 698 people remained in hospital, including 20 critically wounded and 37 in serious condition.
