From November 2 to 15, Hotel Jen Upper East Beijing is hosting the Korean Food Festival at Café Noir. Guest chefs Woo Young Sun, Oh Kyung Soon Yu and Young Soo will present modern Korean specialties, such as Korean fried chicken, grilled beef, Korean-style chowder, green bean pie, acorn jelly and many more. Signature beverages, which include rice wine, are provided by Lotte Liquor.
On the opening day, the Aemi Arts Group entertained guests with a traditional Korean performance featuring songs and dances to the beat of drums and other instruments. Throughout the event, Korean folk decorations and artwork depicting Korean scenery will be presented at Café Noir and the hotel lobby.
