Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday condemned the deadly attacks in Paris, calling the tragedy "anguishing and dreadful."
"News from Paris is anguishing and dreadful. Prayers with families of the deceased. We are united with people of France in this tragic hour," Modi said on his Twitter account.
Indian President Pranab Mukherjee also condemned the terrorist attack, saying India stood with France at this time of tragedy.
At least 120 people were killed during shootings and explosions in the French capital of Paris and its suburbs overnight Friday.
