Secretary of State of Portuguese Communities Abroad Jose Cesario has confirmed that two Portuguese nationals were killed and five others injured in Friday night's attacks in Paris, according to Portuguese Lusa News Agency on Saturday.
Manuel Dias, 63 years old, was killed near the Stade de France and a woman of Portuguese descent, born in France in 1980, was killed in Bataclan concert hall.
Among the five Portuguese injured in the attacks, four have been discharged from the hospitals while one remains hospitalized but his condition is not serious, he said.
Portuguese outgoing Prime Minister Pedro Passos Coelho sent his condolences on Friday to the family of Manuel Dias, expressing his "deep sorrow and dismay" over the tragedy.
At least 129 people were killed and 352 injured in the attacks in Paris on Friday night.
The extremist group Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
