Li Keqiang will attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference next week in the southern province of Hainan, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang said on Thursday.
Li will deliver a keynote speech at the conference on March 24, Lu said.
The leaders of Mekong River countries attending the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation leaders' meeting, Nepalese Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli, Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevicius, Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel, Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla, Republic of Korea's Deputy Prime Minister for economic affairs Yoo Il-ho, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich will attend the annual conference.
At Li's invitation, Oli and Michel will also pay official visits to China.
The annual conference, scheduled from March 22 to 25, will be themed "Asia's New Future: New Dynamics and New Vision."
