The Hyatt brand welcomed Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport and Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport to the family in style at the Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province on April 8.
The opening marks the first combination of Hyatt Place and Hyatt House in the Asia-Pacific region and ensures that guests from all over the world will be able to enjoy the benefits of both brands in one location.
"We are excited to announce our first Hyatt House hotel and the first dual-branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels in China," said Christopher Koehler, the vice president and managing director of China operations for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
"The opening of these hotels reinforces our commitment to thoughtful and purposeful growth, and we hope the two hotels will provide new and existing guests with more options when they are traveling in China," Koehler said.
The establishment of Hyatt Place and Hyatt House is rooted in extensive consumer research, which revealed that most of the interviewed guests want stylish, convenient and comfortable hotel services during their trips.
The two Hyatt brands have integrated the modern design and advanced facilities of both hotels with warm hospitality and impeccable service to ensure a happy stay for every guest.
Julie Tan, the general manager of Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport and Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport, said the hotels were "ready to welcome guests to experience the modern comforts these two hotels offer."
"From the contemporary design and spacious layout of our guestrooms at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport to the apartment-style suites with real kitchens at Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport, our guests can choose a hotel that fits their needs," she said.
Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport offers free Wi-Fi, and its kitchen is open 24-hours, while Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport offers apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens.
The two hotels combined create a hotel experience that offers unparalleled services and amenities to meet guests' every need.
Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport and Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport have convenient access to the newly built Terminal 3 of the Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport.
The hotels also have easy access to transportation and guests can commute to the central area of Shenzhen by public transportation.
For example, there is a 40-minute drive to the Futian central business district and Shekou free trade zone from the hotels.
For guests looking to explore the interesting places for entertainment and shopping in Hong Kong, shuttle buses are available at the airport every day. Recreational spots in Shenzhen, such as Happy Valley and the Shenzhen Window of the World are 40 minutes away by car.
