Zhou Xiaochuan

Zhou Xiaochuan was born in 1948. In March 2013, he was elected vice-chairperson of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and his tenure as the governor and Party secretary of the People's Bank of China was extended.
