Twenty years after reform and opening up, there wasn' t one particular hairstyle that represented the era. Young people looked for distinctive hairstyles, as they are more concerned about whether their hair enhanced their personality or not. The true meaning of beauty is not only what is popular at the time. More and more people firmly believe that anyone can be beautiful as long as he or she pays the price.
