"Will it be the second building to collapse in Shanghai?"

Apartment owners in Building 236 of Yi Tai An Bang, a real estate project in Pudong New Area, have been complaining about the deep cracks that have appeared in the building's exterior walls since they started moving in on January 30. Someone posted pictures of the cracks on the complex's forum and asked whether it would become the second building in Shanghai to collapse, a reference to a building in the Lotus Riverside complex in Minhang district that collapsed while it was under construction last year. Yi Tai An Bang management said they planned to begin fixing the walls soon.
