Firefighters hose down an old lane-style apartment in Jing'an district after a fire Tuesday. The blaze destroyed a ground floor apartment leaving a male tenant injured. It is thought the tenant had been drying bedclothes with an electric heater when the fire broke out. However, no official explanation for the fire has yet been released by the authorities.
