Temporary road closes

As the start of the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai nears, Lupu Bridge is being temporarily closed to commuters today as well as on the eve and opening of the event to keep traffic congestion around the Expo park to a minimum.
The bridge connecting Puxi's Luban Road and Pudong New Area's Jiyang Road will be closed from 10 am to midnight today and from midnight to 4 am on April 30 and May 1.
Commuters will also need a little extra patience on the eve of the Expo as traffic from 4 pm to midnight will be limited on Yan'an Highway, Inner Circle Highway, South-North Highway, Nanpu Bridge and Yan'an Road East Tunnel.
