Organizers of the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai have been accused of failing to meet visitor-demand for baby strollers, while Expo Park staff claim that parents are renting the strollers unnecessarily, putting children aged up to 7 in them.
The rental strollers require a deposit of 200 yuan ($29).
