Rules for Expo-taxi drivers

The city is cracking down on Expo-licensed taxi drivers refusing to take customers to the Expo Park by implementing a 200-yuan ($29) fine for those who fail to fulfill their duty.

First-time offenders will be banned from business for 15 days.

Taxi drivers caught a second time will have their license confiscated and be prohibited from driving cabs for the next five years.
