Fire kills 3, including baby

A fire at an old residential home in Qingpu district Thursday morning has claimed the lives of 3 and left 2 others seriously injured.
A 66-year-old man, a 44-year-old woman and a 20-month-old baby were killed. Old electric wires are to blame for the accident.
